These terms & conditions entered on 4 June 2026 by Brandons Shredding Boxes to define responsibilities related to product supply and distribution.
1. Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to formalize the supply of Brandons Shredding Boxes from the Supplier to the Buyer under mutually agreed terms to ensure consistent quality, delivery, and business cooperation.
2. Responsibilities
Brandons Shredding Boxes will provide products that meet the agreed specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules. Any changes in quantity or specifications must be communicated and confirmed in writing.
3. Subscription Payments
Subscriptions will be based on a period of 6 or 12 months. Payments will be deducted from the nominated payment preference after every swap has been completed. In the event the payment is declined, a $5 dishounor fee will be added to the account.
4. Pricing & Payment
The buyer agrees to ensure appropriate funds are in the assigned account upon collection of the shredding box.
5. Quality & Inspection
Brandons Shredding Boxes guarantees that all supplied products meet the required standards.
The Buyer will return the box in the same condition when received.
6. Confidentiality
Both Parties commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding business processes, pricing, and internal data shared throughout the collaboration.
7. Termination
Either Party may terminate the subscription in writing to brandonsshreddingboxes@gmail.com.
8. Acceptance
By clicking the ‘Accept terms and conditions’ the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions.
